Taylor & WaldropProvides Donation to Silent Auction

|

We at Taylor & Waldropare proud to have acted as a sponsor for Osceola Elementary School's silent auction. The auction was held in collaboration with other fundraising events to raise money for the school's nutrition and physical activity program. Our office donated a will for the auction, which was held on Feb. 22.

The silent auction was held in collaboration with Osceola Elementary School's 4th Annual 5k and Fun Run. The goal behind the "Turtle Trot" 5k run and its other activities—including the auction—was to raise financial support for the school's program, which aims to provide healthy choices for students and for their community. The funds will be used to obtain more Fit Equipment for the school's playground. They will also be used to create fun and healthy activities for the children at the school. Last year, the school's Girls on the Run program benefited from the fundraiser. Last year's fundraiser was also used to pay for health and nutritional education purposes for each grade level.

Our legal team at Taylor & Waldropknows that education programs surrounding nutrition and fitness are extremely important for today's youth. This is why our St. Augustine criminal defense law firm has chosen to support such a cause. We also understand the importance of giving back to the local community.
